Best Price Guarantee
We will beat any competitor's advertised price for identical merchandise offered by The Builders Touch within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to to verify that the competitor is an authorized dealer located in the United States, that the advertisement is correct, and that the merchandise is identical (same brand, manufacturer and model name/number), and is in-stock at the competitor's local store. The competitor's offer must be in effect at the time of the request and the advertisement must pertain to the same geographic area.
Offer applies to the purchase price of the merchandise only, and does not apply to add-on related services such as delivery, installation, maintenance agreements, special credit, or financing terms.
This program may be amended or discontinued at any time without notice.
How to Submit Request
Requests cannot be made at time of ordering; requests must be made in person. At pick-up, or within 30 days of pick-up or home delivery, bring in the local competitor's current print advertisement showing a lower price for the identical national-brand item, and your original The Builders Touch sales receipt, to the offices of The Builders Touch. United States web site prices as offered by comparable competitors will be honored when accompanied by a printout of the current web site advertisement and deemed valid and legitimate by The Builders Touch. If your request qualifies, you will be refunded the difference in price.
